>>DiEM25 at Fête de l'Humanité
From the 14th to the 16th of September, DiEM25 France will be at the Fête de l’Humanité (the Festival of Humanity) in Paris, an unmissable festival celebrating music, culture, and politics. We’ll be both promoting our movement and program, and welcoming other members of European Spring: citizens who want to ensure that the 2019 European elections result in a parliament that will fight to transform Europe.
The ‘Fête de l'Huma’ has always been an occasion for friendly and constructive political exchange both on the French Left, and also among progressives from all over the world. This year in particular, it will be a pivotal moment in the fight against neoliberalism and nationalism.
It will mark the beginning of the home stretch: finalizing our Pan-European progressive alliance so we’re ready to launch a fully-fledged campaign founded on intellectual innovation, human exchange, and, above all, hope.
Help us to take this crucial step by participating in the debates and talks that will take place, and also by helping us to raise the necessary funds for a stand.
With the help of our volunteers, we aim to create a well-equipped venue to facilitate debate and exchange. In order to make this happen, we need your help to raise €3,000 to rent microphones, chairs, lighting, and other necessary equipment.
Everything else (transport, communication, accommodation etc.) will be provided by the tireless activists of DiEM25 France.
If we pool our resources, we can make sure we seize this chance to reach out to like-minded citizens by bringing our vision of a just and rejuvenated Europe to the Fête de l'Humanité!
