Grey New Deal, The Recovery Plans: analysis, synthesis and criticism
The Event
As part of "Next Generation EU", European countries are drawing up their national plans to be submitted to the European Commission.
In these delicate political, social and economic times, exacerbated by the pandemics, the policy response should imperatively be innovative and integrated for a green transition. Yet the National Resilience and Recovery Plans are not necessarily green, rather grey.
We will make a comparative analysis with the other European countries plans, specifically with France, Spain and Germany.
