DiEM25inNL joins: Keti Koti - End of Slavery

DiEM25 in the Netherlands is joining Keti Koti and the national commemoration of Dutch history of slavery.

The National Institute of Dutch History and Legacy of Slavery (NiNsee) is organising the annual national commemoration of Dutch history of slavery for the 21st time on Saturday 1 July from 14:00 to 15:15 at Oosterpark in Amsterdam. The national commemoration will be attended by a delegation of the Cabinet. This year, the Keti Koti Festival, which celebrates the abolition of slavery in Suriname and the Caribbean part of the Kingdom, will take place on the Museumplein in Amsterdam.

PAY ATTENTION: this event is in two different locations. Our group will be at Oosterpark until 15:15 for the national commemoration, after which we will move to Museumplein for the Keti Koti festival.
