DiEM25inNL joins: XR Support Demo
The Event
DiEM25 in the Netherlands is joining the Extinction Rebellion support demo on May 27th in the Hague! We will be there with Greenpeace, Milieudefensie, PAX, Urgenda, DeGoedeZaak, Network Climate FNV and a hundred more civil society organisations.
While our comrades at XR will be blocking the A12 highway to demand an end to €30 billion in fossil subsidies*, we will be supporting them NOT on the A12 but NEXT to it. We will be above on both sides along the sunken lanes of the A12 (Prins Clauslaan, near the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the temporary Lower House of Parliament)
