DiEM25 Belgium has been active since 2016. Although the difficult period of the pandemic hampered our activities, we have continued to attract many new members. We have regularly active collectives in Ghent and in Brussels, and we are supporting members trying to set up collectives in other Belgian cities.
Collectives in Belgium have organised and participated in many debates, published articles, and participated in actions and demonstrations in partnership with other organisations where these line up with DiEM’s values and manifesto policy goals.
We rely on the generosity of regular donations from local members, but to continue organising to strengthen our message and broaden our influence through ongoing events, we need wider support from Belgian members to help us cover the costs of meeting rooms, printing of flyers, participation in the organisation of demonstrations, etc. – so please give what you can!
All contributions to support us are welcome, and every Euro will be put to good use!
