As we approach 2025, the Amsterdam Collective of DiEM25 invites you to a pivotal gathering that will chart our course forward. 

Our agenda includes three main components:

1. Member Introductions
   We begin by welcoming both new and existing members, sharing our personal journeys and visions for political change.
2. Community Resource Mapping
   Together, we'll start to actively explore the diverse skills, interests, and capacities within our collective. This collaborative exercise will help us:
   • Identify how members can contribute to existing projects
   • Map specialized skills and expertise
   • Discover potential synergies between members' interests and ongoing initiatives
3. Strategic Planning for 2025
   We'll conclude by establishing concrete, measurable objectives for our local collective in the upcoming year, including:
   • Setting specific, quantifiable goals
   • Improving our organizational procedures, such as setting up a framework for better accountability, communication, and coordination

With our coordination team in transition, this gathering presents a unique opportunity for members—both existing and new—to actively shape the direction of our collective. For those newly joining DiEM25, we'll provide context about our movement's presence and activities in the Netherlands.
